Authorized Dealer - No Gray Market Merchandise
We are an authorized dealer of all the products we carry. Our products are purchased directly from the manufacturer or their authorized distributors. We do not sell, so-called gray market merchandise. Be very careful when price shopping, if everyone seems to be within a dollar or two of each other, and 1 or 2 dealers are considerably cheaper, that should throw up a red flag. Be assured, with every item purchased from tweetys.com and our RV supply warehouse, you will have no warranty concerns at all.

Same Day Shipping
We pride ourselves on our quick shipping time. We ship from several RV supply warehouses around the country on the majority of our products, so we usually have a very fast delivery time. Some products Do ship from our warehouse in Bulverde, Texas, so if you are in a hurry for the item, please call us, or send us a note in special instructions if ordering online, and we will see if we can send it from a warehouse closer to you. We ship Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. Our cut off time for shipping the same day is Noon CST. If you order after the cut off time, depending on where you are located in the Country, we still may be able to ship your package that day, but it is not guaranteed. Once we receive an order, it is electronically sent to our warehouse for shipping. If you need to cancel the order, notify us as soon as possible, and we will try to stop the order, but sometimes it is not possible. If the order has already shipped, please contact us for instructions on how to return the item(s). Please do not refuse delivery, or this will result in a shipping charge from our warehouse to you, and return shipping back to our warehouse. On all orders that include Free Shipping, the shipping is Ground. Standard shipping may be UPS, FedEx or USPS. If you would like to speed this up, Please call us. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so we sometimes, at our discretion ship via Federal Express, Postal, or other freight companies instead of UPS. Since we utilize different warehouses to fulfill most orders, we rely on daily product inventory feeds. Once in a while, a product may be sold before your order is placed, and the product will not be available. If this does happen, we will contact you immediately and give you the option to be refunded in full for the product and any applicable shipping, or have the item put on back order and shipped as soon as it becomes available. We ship products in manufacturers packaging, and sometimes rough handling by the carriers may cause damage. Please contact us if this happens and we will get a new product to you, and the damaged item picked up. On items that ship by freight truck, Please open the package and inspect them before signing for the package. If there is any damage, please refuse the item and we will get a new one shipped to you. Some items have to ship by Truck Freight because of the size or weight. These items may take a little longer to reach you. On all truck freight items, we ship the item to you and the carrier will contact you at the phone number you provided to schedule delivery. Upon delivery, please open the item to check for damage before signing for it. If the item is damaged at all, please refuse the item and we will send another. Please do not accept any damaged items, once signed for, we can not do anything to help you. Some carriers may not show up with lift gates, and heavy items may have to be unloaded by hand. If a lift gate is required, the carrier may charge you an additional lift gate fee. We cannot cover this charge. If you believe you will need a lift gate for delivery, please call us and we will provide a quote. If you input a shipping address other than billing, expect a significant delay for counter-fraud mitigation policies. In accordance with PCI compliance standards and the CARD Act of 2009/2013, Any order going to an address other than the approved billing address will incur additional verification procedures including phone call confirmation, signature confirmation or card provider approval.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Every product we sell is covered by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. You have 30 days to return any item from the day you receive the item. Please call (800) 358-5894 for an RMA number before returning any merchandise. Please clearly mark the RMA number on your return label attached to the outside of the box being returned. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX! Any product returned Must be in Like New Condition, and contain everything it came with. If you do not plan on using the item for your RV within 30 days of purchasing it, please make sure to remove the item from both the shipping box as well as manufacturers box to examine it for damage or defect so that we can address it right away. After 30 days if there was no damage or defect reported our options become limited to resolve any issues All items returned must include the original packaging, and the original, or a copy of the original sales invoice. Any merchandise returned that is deemed to not be in shape to resell will incur a restocking fee to be determined by tweetys.com, we will contact you prior to your refund so you will have a chance to okay the refund or keep the merchandise. Any merchandise returned without original packaging and manuals, or merchandise that has been used, and is not in like new condition will incur a 35% to 50% restock fee, sorry, no exceptions! We do not accept merchandise returns after the item has been installed. All special order items are Non-Refundable, sorry No Exceptions. Shipping and Handling are Non-Refundable. Although we do our best to get accurate images of the products we sell, the pictures on our website may not be an exact likeness of the product being sold, please use the product description when making a buying decision. If you are going by the picture, and want to return the product because the picture was not an exact representation of the product, the freight will Not be refunded. If the Item you are returning was shipped free, and the item is returned for a refund, we will charge you the original shipping amount we paid to get it to you when we do the refund. Some manufacturers require proof of factory defects, in which case customers will be asked to provide images of merchandise. Returns after the 30-day time limit will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will incur up to a 35% restocking fee. All generators, appliances, and air conditioners are Non-Refundable. Any problems or defects in any merchandise will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not Tweetys.

We try to have the Lowest Everyday Pricing, but if you happen to find a lower advertised price from a legitimate company, where the item is in stock, please contact us at (800) 358-5894, and we will beat it as long as it is not below our actual cost. Certain products have MAP (Manufacturers Advertised Price) policies. In this case, we are sorry, but we cannot adjust the price whatsoever, or our license to sell the products will be pulled. When asked to beat a competitor’s price, please be advised we need to see the price listed on the company’s web site. We will beat the full price including shipping. We will not match, or beat prices after the product has shipped. We will not be responsible for pricing mistakes on the website. In cases of incorrect price posting Tweetys will give you the customer the choice of a refund or the corrected price for the item.
Shipping Options
We offer UPS shipping, including Buget Flat Rate, Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and USPS. Please allow extra time for Budget Flate Rate, and USPS orders. Some orders are drop shipped from various manufacturers and distributors around the country. If an order is being drop shipped, it may be shipped by a different carrier than the one you choose, this is beyond our control. Please let us know if your order Must be shipped by a certain carrier. If we offer Free Shipping on an item, Alaska, Hawaii and any area outside of the USA are Not Included in the Free Shipping Area. Some larger orders ship by Freight Lines and an up charge is charged if the order is shipping to a residential address. If there is an up charge, we will call and let you know before we ship your item. If an item is shipped by a Freight Line, sometimes they need to contact you to set up delivery, so they must have a good phone number for you. Any additional services requested from the freight company, such as a lift gate, may result in additional charges that you are responsible for. If they cannot contact you, and an order is returned to us, you are responsible for all freight charges incurred! Please be advised the transit time starts the day After we ship the product. On items that include free shipping, we reserve the right to ship UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service. Tweetys.com reserves the right to cancel and refund any order not shipping to the billing address. This will be addressed on a case by case basis. Shipping items outside the contiguous United States is handled on a case-by-case basis.
