Here's how the Demco EZ Latch works.

Step 1: Reverse your vehicle until it sits under the coupler. There's no need to open the coupler -- once the ball is in place under the coupler, simply lower the coupler onto the ball.

Step 2: As you lower the coupler, the EZ Latch will automatically open and accept the hitch ball into the coupler socket.

Step 3: Once you've fully lowered the trailer, the EZ Latch will automatically latch and lock on the hitch ball – no other action needed!

At this point you have a secure and safe connection between your trailer and vehicle, and it's safe to start towing!
