4" Drop/Lift Receiver Hitch, Receiver Tube Style. New style Excalibar and Aluminator Victory series. Demco 4" rise/drop receiver. Designed to be used with the Demco Vcitory Series tow bars or any RV Mounted tow bar requiring a 2 inch receiver. (For Tow Bar Use only.) Unit will allow tow bars to become parallel to the roadway and compliant with safety tolerance allowing the tow bar to be level when towing.
